         TAI CHI FOR BEGINNERS: This activity will not be held from June 27 – July 10. Mondays, 10 to 11 a.m. No experience
         necessary, wear comfortable clothes and flat soled shoes. The object of this class, taught by Mary Cel Curtis, is to
         introduce you to the benefits and wonders of Tai Chi. The benefits are many: better balance; stress management;
         building stronger joints and muscles; exercising the brain; improving your health; increasing self-esteem; and, most
         important of all, having fun. The wonders of Tai Chi are how it makes you feel physically and mentally. The form that we
         will be studying is “Yang 13.” There are 13 different tai chi moves in a flowing sequence. Each move has its own purpose,
         meditative as well as martial. Come join us for some easy exercising and fun. $10 per class, registration not required.

         TAI CHI/QIGONG: This activity will not be held from June 27 – July 10. Fridays, 10 to 11 a.m. Richard will conduct a
         series of "experiential" tai chi and qigong classes. These classes are designed to give students at any level of expertise
         the ability to understand the difference between the two systems, tai chi and qigong, and which they should attend. Every
         two weeks the system will change. This series is to provide the knowledge of what potential students may want to do to
         help themselves through tai chi or qigong, major components of Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM). Each class is $9
         and students drop in, drop out as they want. Registration not required.

         YOGA: This activity has been suspended until October 5. For further information or if you have questions, please call
         Linda Anderson at 941-575-3500 or lindakayanderson@aol.com.
