working to keep popular
activities on the
calendar. The Team has
planned a full slate of activities for November. Listed below is
the planned schedule. However, because adjustments
sometime need to be made, it is important to read the
Pineapplegrams and check the club calendar. Speaking of
the calendar, please take time to go to the site to view the
schedule. If you need help in accessing the calendar, please
go to the Floridian column in the October edition of the
Commentator.
A special event has been arranged for November. On
Thursday November 9, at 10 a.m., a tour of the Peace River
Botanical and Sculpture Gardens has been scheduled. The
Gardens are located at 5800 Riverside Drive in Punta Gorda.
Entrance fee is $10 per person. If you wish to carpool from
the PGICA building, please call Judy Denham at
941-833-8945.

The Holiday Dinner-Dance is scheduled for

Wednesday, December 13 at the Isles Yacht Club.
Tickets went on sale October 1. The cost is $50 per
person for members and $55 for non-members.
Entrée choices include Mahi-Mahi, Chicken or Prime
Rib. If you want to reserve a table this can be done by
having one person collect all the money for either six
or eight people. Then send all the checks with names
and entrée choices in one envelope to Darlene

Gorda, FL, 33950. Festivities begin at 5:30 p.m.
