It is amazing but wonderful that we are already into the fourth month of the year! Let’s enjoy the sunny and clear weather
coming our way and get out and go!
Our happy hour/dinner continues
to be at Laishley Crab House. This
month we will meet on
Wednesday, April 11 at 5 p.m. for
an hour long cocktail time followed
by dinner around 6 p.m. If you plan

Tuesday night game night
continues to be a favorite activity
for our members. We meet every
Tuesday from 5 to 8 p.m. If you
have a game you like to play and
would like to incorporate it with the
present Mexican Train, Mah Jongg
and Manipulation, bring it along.
Pizza will be ordered around 7 so if
you are interested in pizza please

Our Dine Around the World has found a new night and has been very successful. This will allow us to enjoy restaurants
which have not previously been open to us as a group on Fridays. We will meet on Thursday, April 26 at 5 p.m. at Italia
Restaurant on Marion Avenue. Italia has a variety of Italian dishes, a great ambiance and fine wines. Please be on time
as some restaurants will not seat us until all are in attendance. Contact Carole LaFazia at 941-916-9364 or

Some of the activities happening around town this month which are under consideration for a group get-together are:
visit the Nina, Pinta and Santa Maria during their visit to Fishermen's Village, followed by lunch at one of the village
restaurants; Charlotte Chorale performance on April 21; a visit to Solomon’s Castle and more. If there is someplace you
haven’t visited and think it would be a possibility for us, please let Sharon Lane know at 941-467-4717 or
