Please remember that the location for our happy hour/dinner has changed and that we will be meeting at Laishley Crab
House Restaurant at 5 p.m. on Wednesday, November 8. If you plan to attend please contact Mary Ann Brunkhorst no

New ideas have been incorporated into our Tuesday night game time. The 5:30 to 8:30 p.m. time will now include
Mahjongg! If you have a game you think others would like playing, please bring it with you for our enjoyment. Direct your

Plans for our annual election of officers are in the works. Further information will come to you by email. For those
members who are going to be in Punta Gorda for Thanksgiving, November 23, we will be making plans for an early
dinner at a local restaurant. Watch your email for further detailed information.

Our usual Dine Around the World will not be held this month as the scheduled date for this activity falls on the day after
the Thanksgiving Dinner.

Plans are already underway for our annual Christmas Party to be held this year on Wednesday, December 13 at
Laishley Crab House Restaurant. Be sure to reserve this day on your calendar for a fantastic time!

Also watch for future announcements about the “Share the Kids Home Tour”, a very important affair which helps
Charlotte County’s children in need. The date for this is February 3, 2018.

We regret to announce the recent death of one of our newest members, Ron Keebler. Ron joined the club in the spring
and jumped right into the spirit of things by hosting our July 4 picnic at his home. He had great skill at the grill, as
evidenced by the delicious chicken he prepared for us. We will miss this kind gentleman.

Our membership is growing and we would love to add you to the group. Any member of the PGICA who is single and
