Our next meeting for Beyond Ourselves will take place at the PGICA on Wednesday, December 20, at 10. Please come
and hear about our future plans. It’s also a great time to join us if you are not a member yet. Membership dues for 2018
are only $10. Please make your check out to “Beyond Ourselves” and give it to Jeanne Gehrt, Treasurer.

Save products for the Shoe Box Event: All PGICA members are
invited to save personal items such as deodorant, shaving creams,
socks, toothpaste, tissues, toothbrushes, hair brushes, combs,
washcloths, etc. We make up boxes for women, so any women’s
hygiene products, and we make up boxes for children, so children’s

hygiene products, barrettes, etc. Through December 12 you will be
able to drop these items off, along with non-perishable food and
shoe boxes at the PGICA. We have 100 empty boxes waiting to be

Charlotte County
Homeless Shelter: We need volunteers to serve dinner at the CCHC on
Saturday, December 2, and Saturday, January 6. We will also need
volunteers on Saturday, February 3, the same day as the Home Tour.
Arrive at 4:30 and leave by 6. Contact Ruth Kliment at
kliment2FL@comcast.net or at 941-347-7776 to volunteer.
