FLORIDIANS
                                                                                  Ken Fish, 941-421-2681, Kenjudfish@comcast.net

                                         Our mission is to
                                         provide social
                                         opportunities.
                                         Our goals are to make
                                         friends, participate,
                                         learn, and enjoy life.

Your Floridian Team was busy over the summer, keeping
popular activities on the calendar. The Team wishes to
thank the “summer” people who supported those events.
The pictures this month are from a “Ladies Lunch Out,”
which was held in July at Scotty’s Brewhouse in
Fisherman’s Village. Attendees reported the food, the
service, and the view were great.

The Team has planned a full slate of activities for October.
Listed below is the planned schedule. However, because
adjustments sometime need to be made, it is important to
read the Pineapplegrams and check the club calendar.
Speaking of the calendar, please take time to go to the site
to view the schedule and learn to use the program to sign
         up for activities.

If you are not yet using the calendar/signup site, here are
the instructions to use the site. Go to
         http://www.pgiclubs.peapps.com/pgiclubpage.aspx. In the
user ID box, type your first and last name in all lower case
and no space. Example: elvispresley. In the password box,
type your name again with no space but this time use
upper case letters to begin your first and last name.
Example: ElvisPresley. Now click the Login box. Look for
the pelican. Click on the Floridian box to go to the
calendar. To learn how to use the calendar and signup
feature, click on “help” at the upper left-hand corner of the
screen. We are working toward getting all scheduled
         events on this site.
