PGICA will host a New Member Reception Wednesday, October
25, from 5 to 7 p.m. If you have never attended a New Member
Event you are encouraged to attend. Come and meet the Board,
Club, and group representatives, and other new members. Call

PGICA Annual Meeting is scheduled for Tuesday, November 7, 7 p.m., in the PGICA
auditorium. PLEASE COME! See Board Nominations on page 30.

Things are starting to pick up around PGICA. Our snowbird friends are beginning to flock home. We are excited to
welcome 73 new members who joined over the summer months. Please take the opportunity to meet and greet these
new members.

Your PGICA Board has a continued dialogue with local leadership. Each month a City Council Member and the Chief of
Police are invited to speak at the PGICA Board meeting to share information regarding our community. The PGICA
Board attempts to gather information on various concerns and policies. The Board then shares that information with our
members.

Calling all members – Please volunteer! The best way to make friends is to get involved. PGICA offers many
opportunities to volunteer. Call the office to volunteer for a variety of jobs from being a Board Member, staffing the office,
or preparing the Commentator. Consider taking an active role in your PGICA Club or group.
